Tina Pappas
President

As President, Tina is responsible for team leadership, strategic marketing and the overall business affairs of the company. As one of Egis’ founding members, she has played a pivotal role in the company’s dramatic portfolio growth.

Her extensive commercial real estate leasing experience and significant industry relationships stem from a successful brokerage career with Colliers International and her role as Director of Marketing and Leasing for Fisher Properties. In these capacities, she completed some 300 transactions totaling over 1.8 million square feet.

Tina participates in a variety of industry organizations including NAIOP (National Association of Office and Industrial Properties) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Seattle, and was nominated for the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) “People’s Choice Award” in both 2006 and 2007.

She serves on the Board of Directors for the Alumni of her alma mater, Western Washington University, (CBA) Commercial Broker’s Association, Hope Heart as well as the Washington Athletic Club Board of Governors.

Ed Doyne
Director of Customer Development at Fisher Plaza

Ed is responsible for co-location and data center operations within the Egis portfolio, working with our customers and carriers to help grow their businesses.

A member of the design and development team for Fisher Plaza, he currently oversees operation of CoLo/Data Center /Telecom space at this 21st Century, mission critical facility.

He previously served for 10 years as Manager of The Westin Building, a 380,000 sq. ft. property transformed from office use to a telecommunications hub under his direction.

In his first career, Ed served over 20 years in the US Marine Corps, including an 18-month tour in Vietnam. He continues to serve on the board of the Blue and Gold Foundation of the NROTC Unit at the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree.

Bonnie Hanson
Director of Project Management

Bonnie directs project management at Egis Real Estate Services and provides consulting and coordinating expertise to the property and leasing managers in the Egis portfolio.

Prior to Egis, Bonnie spent seven years as a project manager with Howard S. Wright Construction Company, overseeing large commercial projects. Her experience includes shell and core construction, tenant improvement projects, retail, data center, co-location facilities, biotech, hotels, banking and Class A office space.

Projects at Egis include the completion of Fisher Plaza, a $160 million telecommunications and office hub in downtown Seattle, named as the NAIOP Technology Building of the Year in 2003. In addition to completing a variety of interior improvement projects for building tenants, she has overseen construction of nearly 50,000 sf of data center projects with a value of over $30 million.

Bonnie provided Owner’s Representation services to the City of Puyallup in the construction of their new City Hall project; coordinated the redevelopment of the Landmark, a 275,000 sf, two building project in Renton and Acme Bowling, Billiards and Events, a 60,000 sf urban entertainment complex in Tukwila featuring retail, dining, a bowling alley, and billiards.

Bonnie also directed project management at Civica Office Center in Bellevue, where she completed the award-winning “Great Room” lobby; Meridian East and West (Niketown, Cineplex Odeon, Gameworks, Planet Hollywood); the Roosevelt Hotel; Canyon Park Business Center and Centerpoint Corporate Park.

Christopher Holden, RPA®, CPM®
Director of Asset Services

Chris directs property and facilities management and is the primary contact for our clients. He oversees the operations of the property managers and their staffs and is responsible for transitioning new management accounts. With more than 20 years in property, facilities and asset management, he previously served as Managing Director and Northwest Regional Manager for both CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International. He also held a senior management position with UNICO Properties in Seattle’s Metropolitan Tract Portfolio. Chris is both a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) and a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has a B.A. in Business Administration / Communications from The Evergreen State College.

Denton J. Phillips
Business Development Director

Denton manages business development initiatives for Egis and provides customer support for our contracted services. With over 20 years experience in sales management, Denton is recognized for his strong organizational management skills and delivering excellent service to clients.

Prior to joining Egis, he held senior management and business development positions with a wide range of mechanical service providers, original equipment manufacturers and large mechanical contractors including McKinstry/Essention.

He is currently on the BOMA Seattle/King County Board of Directors and Chairman of the BOMA Code and Energy Committee.

Tom Ripley
Director of Engineering

Tom oversees the operation and performance of Egis’ Engineering teams and the Company’s Service Center. With over 30 years’ experience in building, industrial and data center operations; his background includes teaching, planning, project and IS/IT management.

In 1985, Tom joined Fisher Properties as the company’s first Chief Engineer; advancing to Director of Engineering. He instituted a customized in-house training program requiring extensive, mandatory training and academic coursework based on engineering courses he designed for community colleges in Washington State.

Tom is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers; the United States Green Building Council, as a LEED 2.1 Accredited Professional and holds the following licenses: 2nd Grade Steam Engineer, 07 Electrical Administrator, 07 Master Electrician and City of Seattle Class C Refrigerator Mechanic.

Charles Wright
Director of Finance and Accounting

Charles is responsible for management of accounting and cash management functions for Egis. He has more than 25 years of corporate finance and consulting services experience. Previously, Charles held senior financial, management and operating positions with Legacy Partners (formerly Lincoln Property Company), several development companies and a Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Wright earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.
