Egis’ Service Center staff takes great pride in helping people. Our goal is to ensure that each tenant in an Egis-managed building enjoys a pleasant experience. To that end, Egis offers our clients the convenience of 24x7x365 customer service for all building-related maintenance and service requests. The Service Center acts as a dedicated, single point of communication for our customers.Utilizing the latest service and maintenance management software, our Service Center professionals track all customer calls and coordinate resources to most efficiently resolve problems, prioritizing customer requests based on pre-determined service levels. Our engineering staff can be dispatched and mobilized within the hour if necessary, depending on the assignment or incident. We routinely coordinate scheduling with property management teams and follow-up on requests to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate invoicing.
