Egis performs the LEED administration process from design to registration, through construction, initial submittal, review and final submission. Our clients have direct access to highly skilled resources and information, as well as expert advice as to how to maximize LEED points for their projects.

Egis specializes in commissioning high-tech buildings and Class A office spaces, ensuring the cohesive functioning of HVAC, electrical, fire & safety, controls and plumbing systems. As a result, each operating piece of the building functions in accordance with the design intent, individually and as a whole.
As Egis offers both LEED certification and building commissioning, we provide our clients with unique opportunities to combine these synergies and virtually eliminate the additional costs incurred by separate LEED administration and final certification.
This combination satisfies the LEED commissioning prerequisite, earning two LEED credits; one for additional commissioning and one for a LEED accredited professional as part of the project team.
