As construction manager, Egis has successfully delivered some of the most complex projects built in Puget Sound in the past decade including Fisher Plaza’s Data Centers, broadcast facilities and retail spaces, the City of Puyallup’s new City Hall Project, Park West Plaza in Tukwila and the Suquamish Tribe’s Broadcast Tower. As a result of these experiences, we’ve developed unique skills to support our clients.
Our services begin with strategic planning and continue through final sign-off. To meet the specific objectives of our clients, we act as the owner’s single source of responsibility for every project component and activities of the architect, engineer and general contractor. Egis has a proven record of delivering complex projects on schedule and meeting demanding budget targets. In 2007, Egis staff managed more than $45 million in construction activity for clients at our serviced properties.
